THE HIMMLER DECREE
New Evidence uncovered by Frederick and his legal team also found a secret decree issued by Himmler in November 1943. It covered the administration of expropriated properties and provided a step-by-step template for the theft by the SS/Gestapo of private property and the means to conceal this from competing Nazis groups.
This decree effectively granted the SS/Gestapo carte blanche to cover their crimes with a veneer of legality. It allowed Himmler to deem opponents "Enemies of the State" and take over property and assets which would be held in a legal structure without revealing that Himmler was the new 'owner'.
Fundamentally, a clear model for the type of extra-judicial confiscation long claimed by Prince Friedrich III and his descendants has now been established.
