BRITISH INTELLIGENCE REPORT

At a 2014 German court hearing, the court refused to hear not only evidence from world-leading historians including Sir Antony Beevor, but also to accept British Intelligence reports, which support the claim for restitution by independently verifying that Prince Friedrich was involved with the Valkyrie plot, arrested, tortured and forced to sign over his land.

In verbal hearings the reports were dismissed as "intelligence reports of some foreign country", when indeed the Allies had the governance over Germany in 1947 at their time of issue, as there was still no German Government. The British were therefore the ultimate objective authority to furnish an intelligence report on Prince Solms-Baruth, since he had fled into their sector. In written verdicts, the reports were dismissed as "no evidence due to lack of proof".
